I was here during a 5.7 earthquake I didn’t feel a thing on floor 19. I will definitely stay here again. Great view towards the volcano.
Great location, minutes away from angelopolis and many other places. Excellent service and pricing. Free parking in the basement is a plus too. Only complain was the TV as some channels did not have sound and personally pillows where too thick and bed was too soft. I have to admit that I did not call to have this fixed but I assume they would have corrected it too.
Stayed here while my dad gave out a seminar. Good business hotel. Comfortable and clean standard rooms. Great views of the Popocatépetl volcano. It's not close to the city center but you can Uber everywhere in Puebla for a small fare. Breakfast buffet has vast options and a omelette/egg station.
The main reason I stayed here was because it is pet friendly and it was a nice surprise to know that I would be able to bring my dog. The other good thing was the room service, it was fast and I think the food was very good. Overall a good place to comeback.
I made reservations through the web and obviously I used a credit/ debit bank card.. once arrived in the hotel at the front desk to check in, they made me pay cash without any advice. I used the same card to pay at the restaurant and no issues (good service by servers and good selection of food for breakfast buffet) I had a beautiful view from my room
Rooms were great. The only funniest thing is that I left 2:30am and I was expecting some one at lobby to get my checkout invoice but for my surprise... No body there! I wait 15 min. Clapping hands and nothing... So since I already payed, I just left the keys over the account desk and get my taxi to the airport without my invoice... But the rooms were great.... Lol.
I've stayed here many times. The service is excellent whether it's the front desk, concierge or restaurant. They all go out of their way to obe helpful & many of them speak English. Breakfast Buffet has a great selection. Room Service was very quick & food excellent. Nice views from nicely maintained rooms. Could use a fridge & microwave. But overall EXCELLENT every time I've stayed there. And the price is very reasonable. Much cheaper than some I've stayed at that had worse rooms & service.
Very clean, large, spacious rooms, with panoramic views of Puebla and the volcano in the horizon. Breakfast buffet is fabulous! Bed is comfortable, staff are very helpful
